If not 100% satisfied, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Purchase must be in new condition with tags attached. I will gladly refund your money less shipping once I receive the returned product. Custom orders cannot be returned. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

*Introducing the "Hip Chick Quick Bags." These bags are a more affordable bag that is designed for the chick who likes to change her bag quickly to match the outfit she's wearing. Hip, Trendy, & Fun! Just toss in your wallet, keys, lipstick and go! They will still have all the heavy duty stitching with reinforced stitching at the stress points.   They are fully lined, maybe a pocket or two, or no pockets, and will have a removable plexiglass insert, and a magnetic snap.  Their prices will range from $20.00 - $45.00 (leather hip chicks will run higher) depending on the embellishments. So, even tho they won't have the extra pockets to hold all your stuff...they will contain very very cute embellishments that are certain to compliment your outfits! Some bags will be able to accommodate the purse insert.

How to care for your handbag:

• For fabric bags, I recommend spot treatment only. Another option is to purchase scotchguard from your local store and treat the fabric. Test a spot before proceeding to make sure it doesn't stain. Machine wash is not recommended. I use interface to give the bags nice stability, and "bunching" could occur through machine washing.

• For leather, purchase a good leather cleaner from your local store. Works great! It keeps your leather conditioned as well as clean.
